Other characters: Billy, Bucky*, Ed (*Bucky will be dropped if Eddie is approved)
Reserve: N/A
Referral: Bear

IN-CHARACTER:

Character name: Edward (Eddie) Munson
Character journal: [personal profile] the_freak
Series name: Stranger Things
Canon notes: Season 4, Ep. Nine
Species: Human
Age: 19 (Age unspecified, but failed senior year twice, with this being his third attempt, so this is my best guess)

Arrival Condition: Very injured/bleeding out, will need medical intervention.

History: here

Personality:

Eddie is an outcast who wears the badge proudly. A freak. He doesn't want to conform.

From a distance, he can seem 'mean and scary'. The trailer park-drug dealer-metal head. He's been in his fair share of trouble over the years, but he'll play up the stereotype to fuck with those he thinks have prejudged him.

As DM of the Hellfire Club D&D games, Eddie gets to live variously through his story telling, with brave and frightening epics that engage and delight his friends.

He looks out for the outcasts of the school, the ones like him, and gives them the safe space he likely didn't have as a scared freshmen. Notably- Eddie is often guilty of rejecting other cliques for their interests and casting wide assumptions. As the adventure of Season 4 unfolds and he starts to learn he may have been wrong in some of those judgements.

He's determined to finally graduate, having failed to do so twice. He casually admits to being full of shit in his previous years, though he may have a similar fear of leaving this space he knows- no matter how shitty it is- for something new. There's likely an element of self sabotage.

He is playful, sarcastic and prone to play fighting with those he's close to.

After the trauma of witnessing Chrissy's death, Eddie is particularly haunted by his decision to run. This becomes a theme for him, the guilt a heavy weight he feels he must redeem himself from.

Abilities:

-Charisma
Whether weaving tales for the latest D&D campaign, or charming cheerleader- Eddie has a talent for words, and those who look beneath the surface have a hard time not falling for him.

-Perception (Emotional)
Eddie can be a very good observer of people from his place on the side lines. He sees that Chrissy is struggling when her friends and boyfriend had no idea, and in turn was able to draw her out and put her at ease despite everything she was going through.
He sees Nancy's feelings for Steve when she is the first to come to his aid without thought, and makes a point to advice Steve to try and get her back despite still having some conflict over his own jealousy regarding Steve.

-World building, planning, etc.
As a DM, Eddie crafts campaigns that clear involve a lot of passion and work behind the scenes, in addition to his talent in delivering information and suspense.

-Guitar
Has played guitar in his band Corroded Coffin since at least middle school, and masters new music (Puppet Master) by ear within a month of its release.

-Morse Code
(S.O.S only)

Personal Item:
His guitar
